MANAGING PARTNER – SALES

Ken has 35 + years experience in the business, He has served in several positions with the HPBA and SEHPBA. Ken is also a Ziglar certified trainer, business consultant and best selling author. He is married to Lisa and has one son.

CATHY
ACCOUNTING

Cathy comes to Trueflame with accounting experience in distribution and banking. She handles all aspects of accounting for Trueflame. She and her husband Paul have three children and three grandchildren

LISA
CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER

Lisa has experience as a bank branch manager, real estate broker and retail/wholesale business owner. She oversees order entry, expediting, and warranty service. She and Ken have been married 35 years.

Eugene has been a Rep for several years in the Hearth & Patio Industry…
He formerly worked for the Orlando Convention Center.
Eugene loves Martial Arts, sharpening knives…and helping customers!

Gene Has been an award winning Sales Rep in the Hearth & Patio Industry for over 30 years…
Gene now lives on a mountain golf course with his wife Arlyn…they both love to cook & Southern Gospel Music.

LATT
SALES

Latt has 20 + years experience in the LP gas business many of which were in management.  Prior experience includes retail store owner and hearth products rep. Latt spends his free time flying his airplane and hanging out at the beach.

KEVIN
SALES

Kevin has been in the industry over 12 years. He and his wife of 24 years have one daughter who attends the University of Alabama. He enjoys the beach, fishing, cooking and competition barbeque.

TERRY
PRODUCTION MANAGER

Terry has extensive experience in both electrical and gas trades. He serves as our “MacGyver” assisting in making the impossible happen.

BOB
SALES

Bob has spent over 30 years helping dealers in our industry. He has served in multiple management positions in the hearth business. He and his wife Anne have 5 children. Bob’s free time is now spent spoiling grandkids.

ROB
WAREHOUSE MANAGER

Rob manages warehouse operations and shipping. He keeps a tidy facility and makes sure orders are filled accurately and securely packaged. Rob has two children and four grandchildren

MATTHEW
IT MASTER

Matt keeps our systems functioning and updated. His tech knowledge is extensive but it is his unique ability to relate to people that makes him an invaluable team member.

MURPHY
